While we inspect our products as carefully as we can and make sure it’s up to par, our products still need its real world testing. This is where you come in! Help us by letting us know which products you love and which products you didn’t like. We would love to hear you out so be honest!
How to submit a product review:
Find the product you have purchased before and on the right hand side, you’ll find a small gray bar in which you will click on ‘Write a review‘. We have boxed it in red for you in the image above. Once you do, on the same page below the product image, it will open a review tab as shown below:

Q: How do I create an account on your online store?
A: Click here or copy and paste this link into your address bar: https://delightfulimports.com/register. Be sure to fill out all required information or else your account will not be put into our system.
Q: I am unable to create an account because I do not have a Tax ID. Do I need one?
A: We require all of our customers to send us a hard copy of their business license as well as their tax ID. In certain states, there is no tax ID so if this is the case, please call us at 1-800-883-8650 and we will set up an account for you.
Q: How do I send a copy of my business license and my tax ID to you?
A: You can fax it to us at 1-800-883-8651, but if you do not have access to a fax machine, we will advise you to send it to us via snail mail. Our address is:

Q: I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
A: Head on over to our online store and click login. When you do, our login page will load and where you enter your email and password, there will be a link before your password box titled ‘Forgotten Password’. Click on it and follow the steps in creating a new password. Here’s a screenshot of our login page and where the link is located:

Ordering FAQs
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order is $50.
Q: Is there a fee for placing an order below $50?
A: Yes. All orders are subject to a $20.00 low order processing fee. However, this will be removed automatically once your sub-total reaches $50.00.
Q: How do I go about placing an order?
A: Please head over to our online store and create an account with us. Once you do, placing an order is very simple. Add products into your cart and when you’ve finished shopping, view your cart to increase or decrease the quantity of each product, check out, enter all your information and submit.
Q: Is it secure to place an order online? What about my credit card #?
A: Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Q: How long does it take for you to process my order?
A: 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We do not have a physical store, but our showroom is essentially like one. If you would like to visit our showroom and shop with us, our address is:

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We most certainly do accept international orders.
Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: Due to the amount of products we add and take out in a matter of days, a printed catalog would be out dated once it reaches to you; therefore, we do not have any printed catalogs. The best way to know our products would be through our online store.
Q: Where can I get discounts?
A: We have discounts set at 5% for a $500 or more order, 10% for a $1,000 or more order, and so forth. Occasionally, we have specials that would last about a month. If you’re interested in our specials, opt in your account to be subscribed to our newsletter!
Q: What is your holding policy?
A: We generally do not do any holds, but if in special circumstances we will. Our holds are usually a couple of days, but that can be discussed.
Q: What is your back-order policy?
A: We try our best to mark our products out-of-stock when they’re no longer available, but there will be times when we will have a product less or none of what you ordered. In this case, at your request we will put them in back-order and get in contact with you when they’re available again. We reserve the right to to let you know that some products might not come back in at all.
Q: Why did I receive an item(s) less than what I ordered?
A: Due to the amount of orders we get every day and as much as we try to keep up our in-stock and out-of-stock counts on our online store, there will be times when we have less of what you ordered or none at all. If this is the case, we will give you a complimentary call to let you know and options you are able to choose from.
Q: Why can’t I find an item I have purchased before?
A: This happens when an item can no longer be supplied from us due to a decrease in availability or quality issues; therefore, the product is no longer available due to its discontinued status and we will not be having them in-stock any time soon. You can always double check with us by contacting us with the product information and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards and debit cards only. At shows, we accept what we listed before and cash as well.
Shipping FAQs
Q: In the check out process, when I get to choose a shipping method, there was no charge to any listed. Is shipping free?
A: Free shipping is one of our specials we bring around a couple times a year. Unfortunately, it is listed at $0.00 when you’re checking out because we do not add shipping to your order until we start invoicing. Shipping rates are based by USPS or Fedex and by the weight of your package.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fedex. Any options through USPS and Fedex would be available with us such as USPS Priority Mail and Fedex Overnight.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We won’t be able to determine your shipping cost until we weigh your package. If you want us to hold off on shipping out your order, let us know by writing a note in your order to give you a call on your total before shipment.
Q: I’m trying to save on shipping. What is your suggestion?
A: We suggest that you buy your products in bulk because the more you buy, the more you save. For example, if you reached a total of $500, your discount would be $25 off and your shipping could be around $20. In a sense, it would be like free shipping and you save $!
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges FAQs

Q: What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?
A: Returns are accepted with prior authorization and require an authorization number. You will have 10 days from the date of arrival to have it returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. This 15% will be applied to the ORIGINAL price of the product and will not include any discounts or specials. Please note that some items are non-refundable:
- Closeout items are sold as is.
- Jewelry products are not refundable due to hygenic precautions.
Q: What is the exception to the 15% restocking fee?
A: If the product has a defect upon arrival and/or if we made a mistake, the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
Q: How do I report for my returns/refunds/exchanges?
